A coalition of Civil Society Organisations has said they would continue mass protest until the Federal Government releases Agba Jalingo, El zakzaky, and over hundreds of illegally detained people nationwide. The group also expressed concerns over the government’s seemingly concerted efforts at federal and subnational levels towards conscripting the space for civic engagement. A statement signed, yesterday, by 12 representatives, said they welcome the release of Omoyele Sowere, and former National Defence Adviser, Lt.Col. Sambo Dasuki, (Rt), urging the government to free others.
